Empiric Systems knows procurement is not an overnight process. We have established a strong procurement management framework, workflows and standard operating procedures to eliminate the inefficiencies in the whole process.

Our sourcing function relies on clear communication with the OEM/principal and end-user. We prefer to collect at least three quotes to compare for the costs, timeliness and product quality assurance for our customers.
